TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Joe’s Auto Glass & Windshields. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your interactions with our auto glass services. By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Services

Joe’s Auto Glass & Windshields provides automotive glass services, including windshield repair and replacement, rock chip repair, auto glass replacement, ADAS calibration services, RV glass services, commercial fleet vehicle glass services, and mobile auto glass services.

Service availability may depend on your vehicle, type of glass, required parts, location, technician availability, weather conditions, and other factors.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service when conditions prevent us from performing the work safely or properly.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate or quote provided by Joe’s Auto Glass & Windshields reflects the information available at the time of the request.

Final pricing may change if we identify additional requirements after inspecting the vehicle or confirming the correct glass, moldings, sensors, cameras, calibration requirements, or other components.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material pricing changes before completing additional work.

Online, telephone, and preliminary estimates do not constitute a final price unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Customers must provide accurate information when scheduling service, including the vehicle year, make, model, trim, and relevant features when requested.

Appointment times may change because of glass availability, weather, traffic, technician schedules, unexpected installation conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Same-day service may be available for certain services but is not guaranteed for every vehicle or appointment.

4. Mobile Auto Glass Service

Joe’s Auto Glass & Windshields may provide mobile service at a customer’s home, workplace, or another approved location.

Customers must provide a reasonably safe and accessible area where our technicians can perform the requested work. Weather, lighting, space restrictions, unsafe surroundings, or other site conditions may require us to relocate or reschedule the service.

5. Vehicle Condition

Before beginning service, we may inspect the vehicle and affected areas.

Existing rust, corrosion, previous repairs, damaged moldings, deteriorated seals, body damage, aftermarket modifications, electrical problems, or other pre-existing conditions can affect an auto glass installation.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that were not caused by our work. If we identify a condition that could affect the quality or safety of the service, we may discuss available options with the customer before proceeding.

6. Windshield Repair

Rock chip and windshield repair can help prevent certain types of damage from spreading, but repair results vary depending on the size, depth, location, age, and condition of the damage.

Because damaged glass has already lost some of its original structural integrity, a chip or crack may spread during or after an attempted repair. A completed repair may also remain visible.

We cannot guarantee that every damaged windshield will qualify for repair. When repair does not provide an appropriate solution, windshield replacement may be recommended.

7. Windshield and Auto Glass Replacement

Replacement services may include removal of damaged glass, preparation of the installation area, installation of replacement glass, and related components when applicable.

Customers should follow all aftercare instructions provided by our technicians. These instructions may include waiting periods before driving, washing the vehicle, removing retention tape, or performing other activities that could affect the installation.

Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions may affect the installation or applicable warranty coverage.

8. ADAS Calibration

Many modern vehicles use cameras and sensors connected to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Depending on the vehicle, windshield replacement may require calibration of windshield-mounted cameras or related systems.

Calibration requirements vary by vehicle manufacturer and model.

Customers remain responsible for informing us of known warning lights, previous calibration issues, modifications, collision damage, or other conditions that could affect the calibration process.

Additional diagnostics, repairs, dealership programming, or manufacturer-specific procedures may sometimes be required before calibration can be completed successfully.

9. Insurance Claims

Joe’s Auto Glass & Windshields may assist customers with auto insurance glass claims when applicable.

Insurance coverage varies by carrier, policy, deductible, and individual claim. Assistance with an insurance claim does not guarantee that an insurance company will approve or pay the claim.

Customers remain responsible for deductibles, excluded services, denied claims, unpaid balances, or other amounts that their insurance provider does not cover.

Customers should contact their insurance provider directly when they need confirmation of specific policy benefits or coverage.

10. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of service.

Customers remain responsible for charges not paid by an insurance provider or another third party.

By authorizing service, the customer confirms that they have authority to approve work on the vehicle and accept financial responsibility for charges associated with the authorized service.

11. Warranty and Lifetime Guarantee

Joe’s Auto Glass & Windshields stands behind qualifying windshield repair and replacement workmanship and provides warranty or lifetime guarantee coverage where expressly stated.

Warranty coverage applies according to the specific terms communicated for the service performed.

Coverage may not apply to new impact damage, accidents, vandalism, theft, severe weather, body damage, rust, corrosion, vehicle modifications, pre-existing conditions, misuse, third-party repairs, or damage unrelated to our workmanship.

Customers requesting warranty service may need to provide information about the original service so we can inspect the vehicle and determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle, contact, insurance, and service information.

Customers should remove valuable or fragile personal property from areas of the vehicle where technicians need access.

Customers must also disclose known vehicle conditions that could reasonably affect the service, including prior glass work, collision damage, rust, aftermarket equipment, electrical problems, or ADAS-related warning messages.
